WHAT I DO

I am a PILATES & MOVEMENT teacher.

It is very diverse what I am able to do and what I can help people with.

Whether it is athletic or rehabilitative (or anything in between) my goal is to help them move
with OPTIMAL FUNCTION.

PROCESS

The process that I have inherited from my extensive training at Body Harmonics is to take the PROTOCOLS, KNOWLEDGE, INFORMATION and RESEARCH of physiotherapy,
biomechanics,  neurophysiology and somatics and APPLY it WITHIN the Pilates context using
Pilates equipment.
